You can reach Foxwood Village by Route 25 to Middle Road. This is a manufactured home complex where the property is leased to you with a lifetime lease.  One person buying a home here must be 55 or over.  The community is managed by a homeowner’s association who maintains the common grounds.   Foxwood Village is a gated residence with heated outdoor pool, recreation center, library, game room, gym, bingo hall, dance floor, shuffleboard and bocci.  There is also security patrols in this pet friendly community.

The town provides mini-bus service at the community and the 4 major shopping areas within a mile of the village are regular stops on the mini-bus.  This manufactured home community has approximately 287 units surrounded by Middle Road. No FHA financing is permitted.  According to public records and the multiple listing service, from January 2009 through December 2009, units sold at Foxwood Village in Calverton between $72,500 to $330,000 which was a builder’s model with basement.
