Strathmore Ridge is a  townhouse community that is run by a homeowner’s association located in Ridge Long Island.

Built in the early 1970’s, Strathmore Ridge are townhouses with the bedrooms on the upper level.  These are attached units in groupings and there are different exteriors in the complex.   At Strathmore Ridge there are 2 bedroom 1 bath units, 2 bedroom 1.5 baths, and 3 bedrooms with 1.5 baths.  There are no amenities at this community, but pets are allowed  and the units have central air conditioning. No garages here, but there are ample parking spaces available.  The community is surrounded by streets called Strathmore Ridge Drive, Ethan Allen Ct, Sturbridge Place, Ticonderoga Ct, Jamestown Ct, Valley Forge Court, Pioneer Ct, Williamsburg Ct, and Independence Ct.  Strathmore Ridge is located by Route 25, which is Middle Country Road, and South on Smith Road into the community.  According to public records, a  3 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse at Strathmore Ridge sold in 2007 for $187,500.
