You can reach Bel Laurel 1 Block West Of Southern State Parkway Exit 45W, Right To Laurel Avenue. Opened in 1985, this senior adult community is surrounded by Laurel Avenue. It has 1 and 2 bedroom units that are attached garden apartment style Co-ops. There is a unit on the 1st level and a unit on the upper level. The units have central air conditioning, gas heat, and washer and dryer.

It does NOT have any amenities like a pool or clubhouse, but it is a complex for 55+ adults in a nicely maintained setting. It is close to shopping and the Long Island Railroad.
